WHAT DOES YOUR VETTING PROCEDURE INCLUDE?

Each nanny must complete and pass a full panel background check, at least two professional childcare references (or undergone training within the company) and training with the company in our connection and safety model.
Many of our nannies hold additional childcare related certifications related to safety and child development.

WHAT IS THE GOING RATE FOR A NANNY?

Our nanny rates range from $18/hr to $35/hr, depending on experience. Just let us know your preferred pay range during registration, and we'll be happy to accommodate!

Placement fees:

Full-Time: $1000 annually
Part-Time: $750 annually
Nanny Share (split between two families): $1800 annually
Live-in Nanny: $2000 annually

We also offer urgent nanny placements for an additional $600 urgency fee, ensuring care is secured within 48 hours.

WHAT IF I DON'T NEED A LONG-TERM NANNY?

No worries! We are happy to accommodate irregular childcare needs. Whether you need a date night or just need temporary care for the week!

Daily Booking Fee: $50.00 per day with 24 hours notice

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MATCH A FAMILY WITH A NANNY?

Placements take 2 to 6 weeks. Specialized placements can take up to 8 weeks. Specialized placements include families with unusual scheduling needs, placements that include high needs/medical care and other unusual circumstances that will take a bit longer to screen the best fit for your family. Consideration is at the forefront of these screenings and my priority is finding the best nanny for your family versus an abrupt placement that may not work out long term.

OUR SELECTED NANNY ISN'T WORKING OUT. WHAT CAN I DO?

First, I want to say thank you for your honesty! It is crucial in your satisfaction that the agency is aware if any concerns or dissatisfaction you may have with your current placement. We are happy to offer a replacement nanny for an additional placement fee.
If your nanny decides it's not a good fit your nanny replacement will be complimentary for your patience and understanding.

HOW WILL OUR NANNY BE PAID AND WHAT ABOUT TAXES?

Absolutely! Here's a clearer version of your policy:

"For families seeking ongoing care with the same nanny, establishing payroll is necessary. Your nanny will be paid directly through a professional payroll service as a W2 household employee for all permanent placements. We'll gladly refer you to trusted payroll services to facilitate this process.

For date nights, one-time care, etc., you'll pay your nanny directly via electronic payment methods such as Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal. Payment is due before your nanny departs from the assignment."
